“LOUNGING LAZILY”

Reading a book,
tanning her back,
laid out lovely
on a grassy lawn
at Green Lake.

Bunching black bikini bottoms
brag a boasting bounty of ass.
Her pale blonde belly fuzz
on beach blanket bristle;
A braille banquet for the blissed
or the blind.

I smirk at all the men
rubber-necking, as I walk
headlong into an oak,
distracted,
musing myself into poem.
